Job summary

Old Hickory Golf Club in Missouri is seeking a service-focused Banquet Captain to lead banquet events and ensure exceptional experiences for Members and guests. This role coordinates banquet service, leads event staff, and ensures events are executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

The ideal candidate has banquet or restaurant leadership experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ensure timely, professional food and beverage service.
• Coordinate with culinary and event teams during events.
• Train and coach banquet staff on service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist with other banquet and clubhouse duties as needed.
