Job summary

Heritage Golf Group is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation to support daily operations and member experiences.

The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required, with a strong work ethic and reliability valued.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room, kitchen, storage areas, and trash areas
• Properly dispose of trash and recycling and assist with breakdown of boxes and deliveries
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly and maintain sanitary conditions throughout the shift
• Assist with stocking and organizing clean dishes and kitchen supplies
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with kitchen and Food & Beverage team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dish area to support daily operations and member experiences.
