Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Captain for the Royal Palm South Beach Miami, reopening after a $110 million renovation. You will lead banquet servers and coordinate events to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Work closely with event planners and culinary team, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.
