Job summary

This role requires basic knowledge of food and beverage service, proper table settings, and the ability to carry up to 50 lbs. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected and CPR/First Aid training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Basic knowledge of English to understand inquiries.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• No prior hospitality experience required; CPR/First Aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room as instructed by Banquet Captain.
• Attend roll call meetings before events.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner.
• Serve food/beverage, clear dishes, and maintain room cleanliness.
• Reset banquet room for the next function.
• Perform side-work and ensure health and safety standards.
• Comply with liquor regulations.
