Ideal candidates bring at least one year of bartending/serving experience and complete Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months. This role emphasizes teamwork, consistency, and a respectful work environment across events.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending and/or serving experience.
• Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and safe serving practices.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages based on recipes.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow cash handling policies with accuracy.
• Take and fill drink orders efficiently and politely.
• Use menu knowledge to provide friendly service.
• Communicate with Banquet Captains and servers to keep service smooth.
• Address guest questions with respect and quick solutions.
• Support opening/closing duties and other outlet coverage.
• Follow safety regulations and Dram Shop Act requirements.
• Maintain sanitary workspaces meeting health regulations.
