Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Banquet Server at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. You will serve food and beverages at banquet events, greet guests, take orders and ensure stations are replenished with attentiveness and hospitality.

• Previous bartending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders.
• Bring correct drinks and dishes and refill beverages as needed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitary practices.
• Respond to allergies and special requests promptly.
