Summary

The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service during events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. This role involves setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all alcohol service regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Engage in casual conversation, showcase creativity, and build on your personal style.
• Assess guest needs and preferences, making appropriate recommendations.
• Comply with state and local alcohol serving guidelines.
• Be knowledgeable about drink ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Be well-versed in hotel information, including other restaurants and amenities.
• Customize the guest experience by understanding and catering to individual needs.
• Pay attention to the appearance and presentation of beverages.
• Ensure the bar and surrounding area are clean and well-maintained.
• Go above and beyond to fulfill guests' special requests.
• Report guest concerns or issues to managers and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and presentable environment for all guests.
• Adhere to all hotel and departmental standards, policies, including attendance, cash handling, and side work.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
