Job summary

Bethel Resort and Suites is seeking a dynamic Banquet Bartender for a part-time role in Bethel, ME. You will provide friendly beverage service for weddings, private events, and resort functions, set up and break down bars, and work with the banquet team to ensure flawless service.

Requirements include 1+ year of related experience, strong multitasking and communication, ability to stand for long periods, and onsite availability; knowledge of Toast POS is a plus; TIPS certification is favorable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Previous bartending experience preferred; banquet or event experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event bars according to requirements.
• Take food and drink orders and serve beverages.
• Advise guests on menu and service options; greet guests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Coordinate with banquet team for smooth service; assist with special requests.
