Job summary

TPC Sugarloaf, a premier private club in Duluth, GA, seeks a Banquet Bartender to prepare and serve beverages for member/guest events. You will follow standard recipes, maintain bar par levels, and ensure clean, organized service areas.

Responsibilities include setting up bars, upholding sanitation, and enforcing state and club alcohol rules. You will assist with banquet services and handle transactions while providing courteous, timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one year of similar bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar in function area per TPC standards and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Keep bar and immediate area clean and stocked; manage ice, glassware, napkins, and waste.
• Ensure bar security and only authorized personnel serve alcohol.
• Make and serve beverages following TPC standards, with proper pouring to control costs.
• Communicate member/guest complaints to supervisor for prompt resolution.
• Comply with state and club alcohol regulations and RAM/Tips programs.
• Attend pre-banquet meetings as requested.
• Identify members/guests legally allowed to be served.
• Monitor liquor laws and report intoxicated individuals to management.
• Close and break down bar at designated times; reconcile consumption and inventory.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails per SOP.
• Handle cash, provide accurate change, and record sales.
• Operate within PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties policies.
• Adhere to TPC Brand Standards.
• Maintain sanitation per regulations and assist banquet staff.
