This role focuses on proper liquor handling, effective selling techniques, and supporting restaurant operations. Qualifications include being 18+ with ability to obtain a Safe Serve License and at least two years of bartending experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain Safe Serve License.
• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm welcome.
• Create a comfortable, relaxing, and fun atmosphere to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain positive guest relations and demonstrate spotlight behaviors.
• Ensure proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
• Keep bar storage areas clean and handle glasses properly.
• Comply with state liquor regulations, including no service to minors or intoxicated persons.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of bar and equipment and rotate stock as needed.
• Take food orders from guests at the bar and dining area and serve accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
