Responsibilities

• Reads and understands all banquet event orders
• Set up designated area with equipment and beverages
• Polish glassware and prepare bar condiments
• Provide beverage service to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• After function, store inventory and equipment properly
• Retrieve and store glassware; communicate challenges or guest concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned
