Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Bartender for Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa. The position supports bar service for banquet events, with a focus on hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School education minimum.
• 3+ years of bartending experience.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards.
• Clear verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Detail-oriented and professional in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand banquet event orders.
• Set up designated area with equipment and beverages.
• Polish glassware and prepare bar condiments.
• Provide beverage service to guests in a professional manner.
• After events, remove inventory and store equipment properly.
• Store bar glassware securely.
• Communicate any guest challenges or issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
