Job summary

Rhode Island Commerce seeks an experienced bartender to join our hospitality team in Warwick. You will greet guests with charisma, maintain a clean bar, and ensure safety and satisfaction while handling transactions and building guest relationships.

Preferred background includes familiarity with POS systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Certification such as TIPS/Serv-Safe is required, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Be charismatic and hospitable to all guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Support bar operations during peak hours and assist colleagues as needed
