Qualifications

• Must adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Friendly, courteous service with guests at the bar.
• Ability to set up bars, stock beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Accurate cash handling and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper goods, garnishes, garnishes, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock and ensures product quality by preparing and storing garnishes and perishables.
• Greets guests and takes/bar orders, mixes and garnishes drinks using standard recipes.
• Checks IDs and ensures liquor laws are followed.
• Receives and processes payments, makes change, and records transactions.
