Job summary

Four Winds Casino and Resort seeks a Beverage Attendant to maintain beverage stations and equipment in line with property standards. You will stock, clean, and prepare garnishes while supporting bartenders across restaurant, casino bars, and pool areas.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of POS systems; a Level 4 Gaming License is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Cleans beverage areas in restaurant, casino bar stations, event center and pool bars.
• Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies.
• Removes empty bottles and trash.
• Prepares garnishes from fruit.
• Receives, issues and records liquor store and supplies.
• Serves as back up for bartenders when needed.
• Promotes outstanding guest service consistently.
• Works with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operation.
