About the Role:

The Banquet Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional beverage service during banquet events, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This position requires the preparation and serving of a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The Banquet Bartender must maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations. Collaboration with banquet and event staff is essential to coordinate service flow and meet event timelines efficiently. Ultimately, the role contributes significantly to the overall success of events by providing attentive, professional, and courteous service to all guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar food and beverage service role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Capability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Legal eligibility to serve alcohol in the United States.
