Job Details:

• Start Date: May 15th, 2025
• Employment Type: Part Time or On Call
• Schedule: Flexible, including some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Pay Rate: $14.42/hour + tips

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare the bar area according to Viceroy standards
• Complete bar mise-en-place before service
• Receive beverage orders and dispense drinks
• Manage cash float and correct charging
• Minimize loss through breakage and waste
• Stock management and requisition of liquor and wine
• Adhere to laws and policies regarding alcohol service
• Assist in stock taking and upselling menu items
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous restaurant bartending experience required
