Job summary

Lido Beach Resort in Sarasota, FL is seeking a banquet beverage server to provide exceptional guest service at events. The role involves setting up and breaking down bar stations, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean bar area while adhering to safety and alcohol-service laws.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, assisting with payments when needed, coordinating with banquet staff, and following hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar beverage/banquet role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor beverage inventory and notify management of low stock.
• Process payments accurately, when applicable.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Communicate with banquet staff and management to ensure smooth event operations.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
