**Location**

Stonewall Resort, a lakeside destination with rustic Adirondack-style lodges, situated near quiet lake waters and the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, surrounded by 1,900 acres of parkland.

**Overview**

Responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service through professional food and beverage service in the Banquet department.

**Essential Functions**

• Follow policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Hospitality.
• Adhere to liquor laws and beverage service policies of West Virginia and Stonewall Resort.
• Maintain knowledge of Triple "A" Four Diamond service standards, drink recipes, and wine service.
• Serve beverages in proper glassware with garnishes and present liquor appropriately.
• Set up and maintain banquet bars according to function sheets and standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and guests to fulfill needs.
• Attend all required meetings and understand property layout for guest guidance.
• Ensure accuracy of service and payment collection.
• Maintain grooming standards and product availability during functions.
• Assist in other roles as needed and operate similarly to a server when required.

**Qualifications**

Customer service experience is necessary. Must possess excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills.
