Pinecrest Country Club in Lansdale, PA is seeking banquet bartenders to join our team. Starting at $10.00 per hour, weekend availability is a must with some weekday and weeknight shifts.

As a Banquet Bartender you will prepare and serve a variety of beverages for banquet events, maintain a clean bar, assist event coordinators, and provide attentive guest service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, teamwork, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or event settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Legal eligibility to serve alcohol in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in accordance with event specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Shifts typically start at 3:30 pm Friday and Saturdays and end around 11:30 pm

About the Role:

The Banquet Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional beverage service during banquet events, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This position requires the ability to efficiently prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Banquet Bartender collaborates closely with event coordinators and service staff to meet the specific needs of each event, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and guest requests. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential to manage orders accurately and provide outstanding guest service. Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a bartender, preferably in banquet or event settings
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Capability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Legal eligibility to serve alcohol in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., RAM[P).
• Experience working in a high-volume banquet or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
