1. Assist guests with beverage and drink preparation, serving the bar area efficiently and promptly.
2. Engage with guests to understand their needs and satisfaction with beverages, providing caring and high-quality service.
3. Be knowledgeable about menu drink offerings and standard drinks to help guests select beverages based on their preferences.
4. Accurately take and process orders using the Micros system, ensuring correct timing and billing.
5. Maintain a well-stocked bar at all times.
6. Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to food safety guidelines.
