Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Bartender to craft memorable drinks in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, suggest pairings, mix and develop drink menus, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining a spotless workstation.

The role requires knowledge of alcohol laws, relevant certifications, teamwork, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule. TIPs certification is preferred and a background check is required.

Banquet Bartender Overview:

We are looking for a professional banquet mixologist who has a passion for creating memories through their drink preparation and experimentation. Enthusiastic personality paired with the ability to work in a high paced environment is a recipe for success.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests, answer guests’ questions, and recommend food pairings.
• Ability to mix drinks and experiment.
• Plan and develop drink menus.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit cards transactions, ensuring accurate charge and cash drawer is balanced.
• Maintain a clean work area, removing trash, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.
• Adhere to the federal and state age limits as well as safety and procedures of the hotel.
• Limited kitchen and food preparation is expected.
• Basic computer skills.
