Job summary

Wild Rose Casino & Hotel in Maryland seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest service across front and back of house. You will lead a diverse team, supervise daily operations, and uphold quality standards for liquor and food preparation while maintaining health and safety.

This full-time role on 2nd shift with weekends requires strong leadership, scheduling oversight, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Food and Beverage functions both front of house and back of house.
• Oversee and maintain staffing, scheduling and team member performance.
• Ensure liquor and food preparations as well as guest service meet standards.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation levels in all Food and Beverage areas.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisoris responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.
