Job Description

The Banquet Bartender will set up and stock banquet bars with necessary supplies, receive and fulfill beverage orders, mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.

• Set up and stock banquet bars with equipment and supplies, including glassware, ice, liquor, soft drinks, and mixes.
• Mix beverages according to memorized standard recipes.
• Serve beverages following established procedures.
• Operate cash register, complete transactions, and maintain accurate cash bank.
• Keep the bar area clean by removing used glasses, napkins, and emptying ashtrays.
• Greet and communicate with guests courteously.
• Maintain and replenish ice supplies.
• Break down banquet bar and store unused products properly.
• Deliver glassware to washing area and store equipment appropriately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
