Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at weddings, banquets, conferences, and special events in Florida. You will set up bars, prepare drinks, greet guests, verify ages, and maintain clean, compliant service areas.

You will work closely with banquet staff and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution. Flexibility for various shifts is required to provide outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and break down banquet bar stations for events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude while delivering exceptional service.
• Verify guest age and always follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all bar areas and equipment.
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately when required.
• Work closely with banquet servers, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and other banquet-related duties as assigned.

The Role
