This full-time bartending position is designed for individuals with flexible schedules who are ready to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will vary based on events and may range from 4 to 8 hours, with occasional split shifts (doubles) required. Weekend and holiday availability is essential, as you'll be a key part of our team during the club's busiest and most exciting times.
As a Banquet Bartender, you will deliver first-class service to members and guests from the moment you arrive. Each day, you will set up portable bars for events, prepare garnishes and ingredients, and ensure the bar is fully stocked and organized. You will mix, prepare, and serve classic and craft cocktails, maintain accurate records, and keep the bar area clean and up to health code standards. Throughout each shift, you will collaborate with team members and managers, respond to guest needs, and play a vital role in special events, holidays, and club functions. You will also participate in monthly inventory counts, attend staff meetings, and complete various assignments from the Food and Beverage Manager or supervisor.
