Job Description Summary

Adhere to hotel specifications and standards in function room set-up and cleanliness, and assist the bartender with restocking and cleanup.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding guest needs and setup requirements
• Prioritizing, organizing, and following through on tasks
• Following directions and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
• Completing setup tasks timely and efficiently
• Adapting to changes in work flow or requirements
• Working cohesively with team members and other departments
• Maintaining knowledge of scheduled functions, equipment, and hotel policies
• Using proper cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations
• Organizing work duties and stocking supplies
• Inspecting setup areas for cleanliness and compliance with requirements
• Ensuring equipment and supplies are in good condition
