Job Description

Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required by the general management of the location. Responsibilities of the Bar Back include:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a positive attitude
• Maintain full stock of all bar products as directed by the bar staff
• Keep the service and dining areas of the bar clean at all times
• Complete sidework at the beginning and end of each shift as directed by the bar staff

Requirements

All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferably at least one year of previous bar or related experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
