Snowshoe Mountain in Snowshoe, WV, is seeking seasonal staff to work at the Conference Center. Positions are temporary for the season, with duties including setting up space, coordinating with group leaders, and maintaining guest areas.

• Prepare function space: vacuum, remove trash, set up supplies per event order and ensure AV equipment works.
• Build relationships with group leaders: assist with AV/thermostat use, provide supplies and inform about policies.
• Enhance guest experience: refresh supplies, remove trash, enforce conference center policies.
• Maintain Conference Center: clean and break down space, vacuum, check light bulbs, report maintenance needs.
• Oversee supplies: notify manager when supplies are low and restock as needed.
• Open/close Conference Center: manage doors, lighting, music, thermostats, and security.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enhance guest experience: Refresh supplies (ice water, candy), remove trash, enforce Conference Center policies.
• Maintain Conference Center: Clean and break down space, vacuum, check light bulbs, and report maintenance needs.
• Manage AV equipment: Ensure proper storage, safety, and functionality, clean equipment, and report issues.
• Oversee supplies: Notify manager when supplies (candy, pens, etc.) are low, restock as needed.
• Open/close Conference Center: Manage doors, lighting, music, thermostats, and security.
• Foster good relationships: Collaborate with other departments, ensure guest satisfaction, respond to feedback.
• Support growth: Share ideas with manager, contribute to team results.
• Adapt to evolving role: Responsibilities may change as resort and position evolve.
