Job summary

You will compile monthly scorecards for bankruptcy outsource vendors, lead vendor meetings to discuss metrics, oversee SLA adherence, and serve as a liaison and SME for internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years’ experience at a law firm handling foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
• Experience in default functions at a mortgage servicer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Compiles monthly scorecards for bankruptcy outsource vendors.
• Facilities meetings with bankruptcy outsource vendors to discuss performance metrics and standards.
• Oversight of bankruptcy outsource vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage departmental reporting to ensure quality standards and deadlines.
• Conducts on-site vendor reviews and trainings.
• Liaises between internal partners and bankruptcy outsource vendors.
• Serves as SME for internal partners and bankruptcy outsource vendors.
