Responsabilités

• Maintain and update bankruptcy account records with accuracy and documentation.
• Process bankruptcy-related transactions and notices per procedures.
• Monitor plans, payment arrangements, and case status; follow up on discrepancies.
• Communicate with courts, attorneys, trustees, agencies, lienholders, and internal partners.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy; perform research when needed.
• Resolve routine issues per guidelines and escalate complex matters.
