Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; three years of bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosure experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal software; strong research and writing abilities.
• Experience performing e-filing in state and federal courts; familiarity with foreclosure procedures.

Responsibilities

• E-file in State and Federal courts.
• Record and track billable time per client guidelines.
• Prepare, format, and cite-check pleadings and notices.
• Prepare exhibits and trial materials.
• Conduct legal research on creditor rights and foreclosure issues.
• Monitor deadlines and calendar litigation events.
• Communicate with courts and clients regarding deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and organize case files.
