Lendmark Financial Services LLC is seeking a Bankruptcy and Litigation Support Service Representative to join our centralized operations. You will support our bankruptcy portfolio and litigation processes, delivering responsive service while navigating complex bankruptcy procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, up to 2 years in consumer finance, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the toll-free Bankruptcy and Litigation Support line, addressing inquiries and routing to specialists.
• Review daily bankruptcy files and perform account maintenance.
• Identify bankruptcy-related accounts and update records with borrower status.
• Review attorneys' status reports and process remittances.
• Respond to internal/external emails regarding bankrupt and legal flagged accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position involves providing essential support to Central Operations while delivering exceptional service and effectively navigating the complexities of bankruptcy processes and collections litigation.MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Operates the company’s Bankruptcy and Litigation Support Toll-Free line; handling inquiries and concerns, asking for clarification to deal with each inquiry or concern promptly, and accurately to resolve customer questions, or transferring callers to appropriate parties for assistanceReceive and review daily bankruptcy file conducting account maintenance on customer accountsDaily identification of company-wide legal accounts whose borrower(s) have filed for bankruptcyReceipt and review of attorneys’ status reports and update system of record accordinglyReceipt, review and submit bankruptcy and attorney remittances for processingReceipt, review and response to internal/external emails regarding bankrupt and legal flagged accountsOther duties as assignedBASIC REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution0-2 years consumer finance experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work with minimum supervisionAbility to multi-task and detail orientedAbility to deal effectively with peers, co-workers, managers, and staff personnelWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word applicationsCOMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is competitive based on the job duties as well as the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience of the selected candidate.This position is eligible for Quarterly Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.WORKING CONDITIONS:Call center environment – Centralized OperationsOvertime and weekend hours may be required due to seasonal or month-end needs or as requested#MCBIf you are interested in a fast paced, high growth, team oriented and great culture environment, you'll enjoy a career with us!
