Job summary

A law support organization seeks a paralegal to assist attorneys in bankruptcy and litigation matters in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 1–2+ years of legal support experience, preferably in bankruptcy or litigation. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This is an onsite position in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Experience in bankruptcy, litigation, or creditors’ rights preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and file pleadings in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
• Prepare and file proofs of claim and related creditors’ rights filings.
• Assist with adversary proceedings and bankruptcy appeals.
• Conduct legal research on statutes and court rules.
• Manage outside vendors and maintain accurate timekeeping.
