Qualifications

• Proven experience in legal support roles.
• Proficiency with Pacer for filing and tracking bankruptcy files.
• Strong document creation and editing skills using MS Office and Adobe.
• Experience with filing systems, case management software, and document organization.
• Excellent client communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of legal terminology; familiarity with confidentiality rules.
• Experience commuting to Alpharetta, GA.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive legal support, including document preparation and case file management.
• Use Pacer to file, monitor, and track bankruptcy files for creditors.
• Draft and organize legal documents and correspondence with MS Office and Adobe.
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and case management systems.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and external parties to facilitate case progress.
• Assist attorneys in trial or hearing preparation by organizing materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal procedures.
