Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights Paralegal to support attorneys in bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and related transactional matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting debtor and creditor matters in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, including Chapter 11 cases. Strong creditors' rights knowledge, experience filing bankruptcy documents through ECF, and traditional litigation support experience are essential.
