Job summary

client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a blended bankruptcy and commercial litigation background to join our Litigation department in Minneapolis. The successful candidate must have at least five years of bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to represent financial institutions in creditor rights matters.

Excellent research, writing, and advocacy at hearings and trials are required.

Position Details

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney with a blended background in both bankruptcy and commercial litigation to join our Litigation department. The successful candidate must have exceptional background in bankruptcy and creditor rights and commerical/business litigation. Must have strong legal research, writing, and critical thinking ability; excellent verbal and written advocacy at motion hearings and trial; and the capacity to organize, prioritize and multi-task. Must have a minimum of five (5) years bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience, with the ability to focus on business development success, is preferred.

Compensation and Bonus Information

Base compensation will vary based on level of experience. Associate Attorneys are also eligible for monthly source and annual discretionary bonus incentives based on performance.
