A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a talented, driven associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Newark office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and hands‑on experience handling litigation and creditors' rights matters both in and outside U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Compensation:

$175,000–$220,000 annually, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
