Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Madison, NJ seeks an associate with 2-5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience to join its Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring practice.

You will represent creditors and debtors, draft pleadings for Chapter 11 matters, and assist with out-of-court restructurings in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant bankruptcy and/or restructuring experience at a law firm.
• Strong experience with Chapter 11 matters preferred.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities
