Jobot, a highly respected boutique bankruptcy law firm in Southern California, is seeking an experienced Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Attorney/Associate to join their all-star team in Newport Beach. In-office is preferred, but some flexibility may be available.

The ideal candidate will be barred in CA (and NY is a plus) and will thrive in a fast-paced environment with top-tier clients, competitive compensation, and strong growth opportunities within a supportive, sophisticated culture.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will be barred in CA (and NY is a plus) but CA is required.
• In-office work is preferred with some flexibility.
• Experience in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters is expected.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors and other parties in Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Provide legal strategy and counseling to complex bankruptcy matters.
