Confidential Employer in Warren, MI seeks an attorney to represent clients in consumer bankruptcy matters, guiding them through the legal process with a high-volume caseload. You will prepare pleadings, communicate with clients and courts, and develop strategies to achieve financial relief for individuals and families.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer bankruptcy matters and guide them through the legal process.
• Manage a high volume of active bankruptcy cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, petitions, motions, and other legal documents.
• Communicate directly with clients, creditors, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Analyze client financial circumstances and develop effective legal strategies.
• Advocate for clients against banks, creditors, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, documentation, and follow-up throughout each matter.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide efficient, high-quality representation.

Note: Must have an active Michigan Bar license. Candidates should be highly organized, detail oriented, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high-volume bankruptcy practice.
