A legal recruitment firm is conducting a search for a Bankruptcy Associate for a boutique business litigation firm in Richmond, VA. This full-time hybrid position requires a VA bar license. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, with responsibilities including drafting bankruptcy motions, making court appearances, and managing high volumes of cases.

Qualifications

Must hold VA bar license and be in good standing.
2+ years’ relevant experience preferred, but recently licensed attorneys with litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience representing banks and mortgage servicers or general real estate or litigation experience is a plus.
Must be organized and detail oriented, a superior communicator by both oral and written communications, capable of multitasking effectively.
