Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney for our Philadelphia, PA office in a hybrid schedule. The base salary ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 annually, with bonus potential and benefits.

You will represent debtors, creditors, lenders, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, assisting with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings, and advising on rights, claims, liens, and remedies under the Bankruptcy Code. 1-3+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience handling commercial bankruptcy or restructuring matters preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
