Job summary

Buchalter PC is seeking associate candidates for our Seattle Office’s Insolvency and Financial Law Group. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of bankruptcy experience and be licensed to practice in Washington, with strong writing skills and excellent credentials.

This role involves representing clients in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters. We offer a competitive salary range of $235-265k, potential bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including unlimited PTO and a 401k.

We are currently seeking associate candidates to support our Seattle Office’s Insolvency and Financial Law Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of solid bankruptcy and other insolvency experience, as well as be licensed to practice in Washington and possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Bankruptcy litigation experience, such as avoidance actions, is also desirable. The role involves representing clients in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters including state court receiverships. Candidates with completed bankruptcy court clerkships are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $235-265k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
