Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Boston seeks an experienced Bankruptcy Associate for a mid-size business law firm. The role offers a collaborative, down-to-earth culture with exposure to sophisticated bankruptcy and creditor matters, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, plus commercial litigation opportunities.

You will work directly with clients, have ownership opportunities early on, and a path toward equity partnership conditioned on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling bankruptcy matters, including creditor representation.
• Exposure to commercial litigation is a plus.
• Ability to work directly with clients and develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated bankruptcy matters, with exposure to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.
• Represent creditors and participate in negotiations and restructurings.
• Collaborate with the business disputes team on Massachusetts court appearances and motions.
