Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development professional to coordinate, schedule, and deliver training for new hires and existing staff across customer service and banking systems. The role supports the facilitation team to ensure engaging, effective programs aligned with business goals.

You will manage logistics, track attendance and evaluations, and assist with developing training content. Travel up to 50% may be required, with flexible hours to meet banking needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field or 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in training curriculum development or course design and/or facilitation preferred.
• Banking product knowledge, preferably in Retail Banking. Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, schedules, and delivers new‑hire training, cross‑training, and follow‑up training as needed for employees.
• Assists with the coordination, scheduling, train‑the‑trainer and delivery of new offerings courses.
• Seeks methods to enhance training content while reducing costs and refreshing materials.
• Maintains attendance records and generates reports in the LMS for management.
• Trains and advises new employees to understand WesBanco's culture and role.
