Job summary

Trax Credit Union is seeking a friendly, member-first Teller to serve as the first point of contact and build relationships that support members’ financial well-being.

You will handle transactions, uncover member needs, and connect people with solutions while maintaining accuracy and adherence to procedures. The position offers part-time hours, with weekdays, occasional extended hours, and potential travel to other branches.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted first point of contact for our members. Requirements

• Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution
• Strong communication and people skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• This is a part-time position. Typical hours covered are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional extended hours or weekends based on business needs. Occasional travel to other branches or for training may be required.
