Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC in El Paso, TX is seeking a Banking Service Technician to install, program, and service drive-up banking systems, remote units, and related electronics. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance while delivering strong customer service.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure compliance with manufacturers specs, and communicate effectively with project teams to meet costs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of drive-up, locking and electronic systems used in banking environments.
• Experience with DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical systems understanding.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing situations and information.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up banking systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and accessories, including audio/video components.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support project teams to meet costs and deadlines.
• Ensure installations comply with manufacturer specifications and safety policies.
• Respond to customer service calls, maintenance requests, and emergencies in a timely manner.
