Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Banking Service Technician to install, program, test, troubleshoot, and service banking security equipment at client sites, including drive-up systems and electronic devices.

Ideal candidates have a locksmith or security/electronic technician background and can diagnose mechanical and electronic issues on-site, responding promptly to field service calls and replacing damaged components as needed.

One of the nation’s premier Fire, Life Safety & Security Integrators is growing and seeking a Banking Service Technician with hands‑on experience in security equipment, locksmith services, drive-up banking systems, or electronic systems.

The role installs, programs, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, rebuilds, and services banking security equipment, including remote drive-up systems, deal drawers, pneumatic tube systems, audio/video equipment, locks, vaults, secure keyways, access-control devices, and electronic security systems. Technicians also respond to field service calls and repair or replace damaged components at customer locations.

Ideal candidates have a background as a locksmith, security technician, electronic technician, field service technician, ATM technician, low-voltage technician, or banking equipment technician and are skilled in diagnosing mechanical and electronic equipment issues.
