Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) required. Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, enters deposits into Horizon system.
• Greet all clients as they enter the banking center and develop banking relationships.
• Balance cash drawer daily and meet performance standards.
• Identify opportunities to satisfy client needs with other bank products; perform transaction overrides.
• Handle mortgage, consumer loan payments, and other payments; record in Horizon system.
• Process wire transfers, cash advances, checks, withdrawals; balance ATM; research customer requests while following security procedures.
• Monitor new accounts cross-sales activation and onboarding; ensure compliance with onboarding procedures.
• Actively call existing clients to cross-sell and maintain relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and assist in implementation if required.
• Model behaviors that support the Bank’s values and culture.
